In 2023, EDHEC Business School launched the EDHEC Talents Lycées programme, a scheme aimed at high-school students on scholarship - in general, technological or vocational courses - in the Lille area, to guide them in their academic and career choices, introduce them to the ecosystem of a leading business school (international environment, type of teaching, etc.) and encourage them to broaden their cultural horizons.
This project is based around two key events:
- A Summer Boot Camp: an immersion on the EDHEC campus in Lille (with master classes, various workshops, cultural visits, etc.)
- An Annual action programme (with testimonials from professionals, immersion in a programme, etc.).
The aim of EDHEC Talents Lycées is to combat the self-censorship of students from disadvantaged backgrounds and social, economic or cultural determinism.
In addition, if the participants in the scheme are subsequently admitted to the EDHEC Pre-Master's competition or accepted into the EDHEC International BBA, they will be able to benefit from specific support during their studies (mentoring of the student by an EDHEC alumnus, personalised monitoring by the student life team, in liaison with the programme management and the student's sponsor, the possibility of receiving tutoring, etc.).
This project is in line with the initiatives undertaken by EDHEC Business School as part of its policy of social openness and diversity, such as EDHEC Talents Prépas, a coaching programme designed to help scholarship students succeed in preparatory classes for the grandes écoles competitive entrance exams, and Ascension EDHEC for BTS students.

Annual Programme
A year-round support programme with regular one-to-one tutoring sessions led by EDHEC students and events (conferences, cultural outings, company visits, etc.).
Overview of the Annual Programme :
- Introduction to the business wolrd and masterclasses given by teachers and professionals at a business school;
- Reinforcement of general knowledge and English;
- Work on self-confidence and stress management;
- Company and cultural visits;
- Assistance with the Parcoursup procedure
From November 2024 to June 2025
Opening of applications
- The programme is open to students receiving a secondary school grant and students eligible for a higher education grant.
- Do you have any doubts about your eligibility? Go to the CROUS simulator.
- The student's motivation is the main selection criterion.
- Academic commitment is also taken into account.
- Particular attention is paid to gender parity.
- The programme is open to young people with visible or invisible disabilities.
The number of places is limited.
