Detailed agenda
(8.30 am - 8.55 am) Participant Welcome and Registration
Upon arrival, participants will be warmly welcomed at the Hall Promenade, where they can check in and collect their badges along with the program booklet for the day.
Following the check-in, a welcome coffee break will be provided to help participants ease into the day. Depending on final arrangements, this will take place either on the scenic 6th-floor terrace, offering an inspiring view to spark early conversations, or in the Room 030, a comfortable and accessible space designed for interaction.
Each talk then (room 631-632) will resemble a keynote presentation, covering the current state of the subject, what is known and unknown, where the approach works and doesn’t, as well as the speaker’s perspective on the topic’s future. The audience will primarily consist of professors and PhD holders in finance, although not all may specialize in AI/Big Data.
This provides an excellent opportunity for them to discover and learn about the field.
Given that there will be seven talks and a roundtable discussion in one day, each talk will be limited to a maximum of 45 minutes (including some Q&A).
