EDHEC’s Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Tax Management programme equipped me with the techniques and skills to analyse business issues from a legal perspective. My background is in accounting, but there are usually also legal or regulatory elements to consider when approaching business problems. The real-life case studies we analysed on the programme gave me the practical legal knowledge and tools I needed to navigate the complex legal environment in which organisations find themselves today and to deliver more value to the business. Having both legal and business-management capabilities has helped me in my career, as I am better able to understand the issues corporations face.
