Discover the first EDHEC Vox newsletter!
Based on the research and expertise of its faculty members, EDHEC provides articles and interviews on major contemporary issues. This first #EDHECVox newsletter looks at the new consumers - more connected, responsible and 'chattier' - and how companies are managing them and evolving under their influence.
EDHEC Vox, a knowledge-sharing platform, aims to contribute to public debate, encourage critical thinking and develop innovation within companies.
These articles and interviews - regularly supplemented by the EDHEC Vox magazine - are part of an active dissemination policy of the knowledge produced by EDHEC professors and researchers in a wide range of fields: sustainable finance, digital, entrepreneurship, ethics, leadership, law, management, marketing, strategy, etc.
Available in French and in English, in formats that are accessible and useful to all, some of these articles will now be distributed via a monthly newsletter. It is available on LinkedIn and aims to inspire and provide keys to understanding major contemporary issues.
The first issue, published on 15 November, features a variety of contributions on a very concrete topic: how do companies deal with demanding eco-consumers, technophiles or compulsive critics? How do these 'new consumers' influence organisations' communication angles, their products and services, and even their strategies?
