March 2025 intake sets the tone for a transformative leadership journey

EDHEC Business School was delighted to welcome the Executive MBA March 2025 intake as they begin their transformational journey during an immersive and energising Integration Week.

Representing a wide range of nationalities, industries and leadership experiences, this cohort steps into a programme designed to sharpen strategic vision, challenge perspectives, and accelerate both personal and professional evolution.

Held at EDHEC’s Lille campus, Integration Week offered participants a deep dive into the structure, rhythm and ambition of the Executive MBA. Through interactive workshops, hands-on courses, and reflective sessions, participants began laying the foundation for what will be a 16- or 19-month experience of challenge, growth and impact.

From day one, they met the team who will guide them throughout their EMBA, including Academic Director Dr Joëlle Vanhamme and Programme Director Véronique Carresse.

The week also introduced them to EDHEC’s unique approach, blending rigorous academic content with practical application, a global business outlook, and a strong human-centred ethos.

Discover why the EDHEC EMBA is #1 for alumni satisfaction

The March 2025 intake brings together 22 participants representing 7 nationalities, with 32% working outside their home country. Women make up 59% of the intake, reinforcing EDHEC’s commitment to inclusive leadership and real-world diversity.

With an average age of 40 and 16 years of professional experience, this cohort reflects EDHEC’s belief that business transformation starts with people — people with the courage to rethink, to lead, and to act.

“EDHEC’s EMBA is not just an academic programme; it’s a life-changing journey,” said Véronique Carresse.

“It is designed to help participants develop the necessary leadership skills, global perspectives and strategic mindset to create meaningful impact for themselves, their organisations and the wider world.”

Human-Centred, Impact-Driven

Throughout the week, participants were introduced to key pillars of the EMBA programme: core business fundamentals, two global business trips, a consulting project or business plan, and the personalised Transform360 leadership development track. Each element is designed to empower participants to drive innovation, navigate uncertainty and lead in a world defined by complexity, sustainability and AI-powered transformation.
