5 reasons to partner with EDHEC’s Global MBA programme

Finding the right people for your business can be challenging. Here are five top reasons why businesses choose to partner with us.

Thanks to the small size of our classes, our Careers team has a clear picture of the skills and ambitions of each and every student. This means that when you’re looking to hire a particular profile, our team will put you in touch with the individuals that are most likely to be your perfect fit.

Diversity is a big factor when it comes to encouraging growth and innovation within companies. When you partner with us, you gain access to the cohort of what is consistently ranked as one of the most diverse programmes available — an international group of women and men with a wide range of professional experience.

When you offer internships, jobs or consulting projects, you get the chance to see the students at work. They discover your business and company culture, and you experience first hand what they have to offer. Many extend their internship further, and sometimes go on to being full-time employees.

The Global MBA is designed for networking, and both students and alumni take full advantage of the connections they gain during their time at EDHEC. When you partner with us, you promote yourself as an employer to an extensive network of future leaders and managers.

When you hire an EDHEC Global MBA student, you know they’ve gone through a high quality, triple accredited programme that performs consistently well. They’ll be entering your workforce with the latest knowledge and skills, adding immediate value to your teams.

Showcase your company’s expertise at our MBA student clubs and get involved in stimulating debate, discussion and input on a range of key business issues. Our student clubs organise a range of activities, events and challenges throughout the year, giving your organisation the opportunity to get involved in case study simulations, sustainable impact projects and debates, demonstrating your know-how and sharing best practices.

We welcome guest speakers and participants for debates, conferences and business cases on and off campus around a variety of subjects, such as entrepreneurship, social impact, consulting, finance and marketing.

Global MBA students have a number of on-site company visits during their programme, in various cities around the world. Hosting these visits allows you to share and promote your company culture to a group of students specifically interested in your area of expertise.

We also arrange regular treks and visits in and around Nice and Paris, as well as other cities across Europe including Dublin, Berlin and Amsterdam, from September until April.

Global MBA students all complete a tailored MBA project at the end of their programme. One of their options is a Consulting Project — a focused, 8-week period during which an MBA team works on a specific project within your organisation, bringing you fresh, global viewpoints and real deliverables.

This is the perfect opportunity for your teams to take a different look at challenging and complex problems, and to evaluate participants for a potential position and career in your organisation.

Learning partnerships give you the opportunity to show students how the theory that they learn applies in real life, within your business. Our partnerships include leading brands such as Amadeus, Google, Amazon and IBM, each intervening in their areas of expertise.

The way your company gets involved can vary according to your domain and how you wish to interact with the students. A company visit is a great way to show how theory applies in practice, while at the same time promoting your employer brand in the EDHEC community. Some partners also send experts to teach and give case study assignments in our classes.
