Hager Jemel has a PhD in Management Sciences from IAE Lille and is an Associate Professor at EDHEC. Her research focuses on leadership, diversity and inclusion.
LAURA LACOMBE

Laura Lacombe has a master's degree in social psychology from University of Paris Nanterre. She has worked in the field of applied social science research, on both qualitative and quantitative work.
MARINE KOCH

Marine Koch has a master’s degree in gender studies from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. She has worked on violence and discrimination and is experienced in prevention programs in schools to address gender-based violence
YVAN BOITEAU

Yvan Boiteau is a second-year student in the Digital Studies and Public Statistics master course at the University of Lille (master ENSP). His training enables him to provide support for both quantitative and qualitative work.
GUERGANA GUINTCHEVA

Guergana Guintcheva holds a PhD degree in management sciences (University of Montpellier) and she is professor of Marketing at EDHEC. Her research focuses on arts marketing (museums, cinema, video games) and issues of diversity and inclusion in the creative industries.

Sarah Saint Michel is a graduate of economics and management and holds a doctorate in management science from the University of Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is a lecturer at the EMS. Her work focuses on leadership and organisational practices that promote diversity inclusion in organisations.

Camille Pradies has a PhD in management from Boston College. She is a Professor of Management at EDHEC since 2014. A graduate of ESCP, her area of expertise is change management and paradoxes.
