MANAGEMENT OF FAMILY BUSINESSES, ELECTIVE FOR BACHELOR AND MASTER

 

 

This course offers students the opportunity to become familiar with the organisational system of a family business, its challenges and to gain a more specific perspective on French and international family businesses.

 

It allows them to understand the particularity of key themes related to family businesses such as ownership and succession management, strategic management, financial policies and business valuation, human resources management, governance, family dynamics and internationalisation.

 

The aim is to enable students to study the issues and benefits of family businesses from a multidimensional perspective with a view to enriching their family business culture.
