Bio

Antoine Henry de Frahan is a consultant, author and speaker on a wide range of issues of strategic importance to lawyers and business leaders. He holds a BA in Medical Sciences cum laude from Université de Namur, a MA in Law magna cum laude from Université Libre de Bruxelles, and an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School in New York as a Fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation. He is a certified master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a graduate of the executive entrepreneurship program at Solvay Business School.

Between 1990 and 2000, he worked as a corporate & M&A attorney with Cleary Gottlieb and Linklaters and as an in-house international legal counsel with Engie. He was involved in developing and financing major infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

In the year 2000, he has started a new career as a management consultant and business coach and has set up his firm, Frahan Consulting. Throughout his consulting work, Antoine Henry de Frahan promotes the idea and methodology of systemic value creation, a subject on which he has published a book in 2021 (Créer de la valeur ou disparaître). As a consultant and coach, he has worked with lawyers and executives from more than 25 different nationalities and conducted assignments across Europe, in the US and in China. He concentrates on strategy, organisation, management and leadership & soft skills development, with a particular focus on how these issues apply to lawyers.
