Mohamed Haj Taieb is a Counsel in the CMS Legal economic team, in charge of providing analyses in the transfer pricing and assets valuation areas. With almost 20 years of experience, he has performed many missions at an international level.
He assists French and foreign MNE groups in transfer pricing matters. He is notably involved in tax planning, audits and litigations. In this context, he performs transfer pricing analyses, as well as policy documentation established within MNE groups. He also carries out valuation studies for such assets as corporate shares, businesses going concern, intangible assets and derivative instruments.
He previously worked for the BPCE/Natixis banking group where he was in charge of management control and secretary of the investment committee (2007-2015). He joined CMS France Avocats in 2015, after 3 years in the firm between 2004 and 2007. He also worked for EY as a financial analyst between 2001 and 2004.
He is also a lecturer in corporate finance since 2005, at the Superior Accounting and Management Diploma (“Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion”) delivered by the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. He was a lecturer in market finance in Paris-Est Créteil University (2013-2015). Since 2017, he has been teaching tax law at EDHEC Business School. He also writes articles on transfer pricing published in Option Finance and Tax Management International Forum magazines, and he collaborates with Francis Lefebvre Formation to lead trainings in transfer pricing and corporate valuation.
Mohamed holds a PhD in Finance from Nice Sophia Antipolis University (2006) and has graduated from HEC Tunis (1999)
