An EDHEC Augmented Law Institute Affiliate Researcher and an EDHEC Lecturer, Eleonora Rosati is Full Professor of Intellectual Property (IP) Law and the Co-Director of the LLM in European Intellectual Property Law at Stockholm University. Between 2020 and 2023 she acted as Director of the Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law (IFIM). She is also Of Counsel in the IP Department of international law firm Bird & Bird.
