More than 215 000 individuals have already registered to one of the 14 online courses offered on Coursera (Plus) by EDHEC Business School. Various topics have been covered so far: Climate change and sustainability investing, strategic foresight, introduction to EdTech...

 

Since February 2024, a new original course has been proposed: "From Followership to Leadership" - subtitled "Give me the follower and I'll give you the leader!". Indeed, Leadership depends on our deep-rooted perceptions of authority/legitimacy, which surely rings a bell. But have you ever heard of "followership"? And of the links between these 2 concepts?

This 3-hour course is taught by Sylvie Deffayet, EDHEC Professor and director of the Leadership Development chair, and comprises short videos, reflective exercises and numerous practice Quiz.
