Rémy Estran-Fraioli, PhD serves as the Executive Director in charge of Climate Risk Ratings at EDHEC Infra & Private Assets Institute, and concurrently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of the European Association of Credit Rating Agencies (“EACRA”) and PhD thesis co-director at École Polytechnique in France. Prior to this, he founded Advanced CMA, a consulting firm specialised in financial risk modelling, in 2018, which was acquired by the European credit and ESG rating agency EthiFinance in 2021. He holds a PhD in Finance from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and ESCP Business School, and has conducted extensive research in risk modeling, authoring several articles for professional and academic journals and contributing to books.
