Preparatory classes: what experience do students have?

Preparatory classes rarely leave anyone indifferent. Often described as the best form of training in French higher education or decried as simply years of cramming that take away all critical thinking skills from their students, the classes préparatoires deserve infinitely better than these stereotypes.

But who are the students in these classes, and are they different from the rest of their generation? How do they actually experience their years in a 'classe préparatoire'? What are their talents and their desire to make an impact in the business world?

This new survey from the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre will give parents and students plenty to think about when making their post-baccalaureate choices in Parcoursup. Here are the main results in video::
